Another EOS product to review! The EOS brand is for sure the trendiest and best skin care line out there currently.
Today, I received two more lip balm spheres from my sweet mom (thanks, Mom!) and was eager to review them for you.
Let's start with the Strawberry Sorbet lipbalm.
The packaging is an adorable light pink, which brings to mind Easter eggs. Inside is a refreshing balm, which is not as tropical tasting as Summer Fruit or as lightly sweet as Honeydew Honeysuckle, but flavorful. It definitely tastes like strawberry sorbet, but doesn't have a cheap taste like Lip Smackers. This lipbalm, like all other Eos lipbalms, has a smooth and light feel and glides right on. It doesn't feel greasy or waxy, like Chap Stick. The best part is that even if you apply once, you'll be feeling the smooth effect for well over an hour or two. It's not the most long-lasting, however.
Pros: Interesting flavor, cute packaging and ease of application, won't run out quickly
Cons: Smooth effect doesn't last very long
The second one I'm going to review is the Sweet Mint lipbalm.
Again, the packaging and color are novel and very cute. The sweet mint's outside sphere is colored a light robin's egg blue. The Sweet Mint sphere has a refreshing, cooling taste, and isn't overwhelmingly minty. I'd say that Sweet Mint is a very accurate name for its flavor.
The lip balm seems to last longer than the Strawberry Sorbet, and I think I prefer the Sweet Mint over the strawberry sorbet.
Pros: Sweet flavor, refreshing and longer lasting than the Strawberry Sorbet
Cons: None
I love the EOS products, and I'm trying to hunt down the rest of the flavors!
